We also love visiting the Vilarenc Roman villa, with its remains of two cisterns. And do not forget the Medieval Castle of the Holy Cross Castillo Medieval de la Santa Cruz, where panoramic views of the city will dominate. A must see are the church of Sant Miquel and the Museo Casa Barral, Houses of the Indians or the Fisherman’s Monument

The new sailing school gives us the opportunity to iscover the emotions of a regattas. Participation in a sailing course will give us a proper technical basis that will help us to gather more experience as a sailor.
In case you’d like to try something new, you should have a try at Stand Up Paddle Surf (SUP). It’s an ancient way of gliding in the water that has its origin in Polynesia. The navigator stands on a surf board and uses a canoe paddle to move the board in the desired direction. But there are more options and we can practice many more activities, such as sailing, riding in a kayak, catamaran, Jetski, etc.There is a great option for golfers. The golf course Campo La Graiera lies in a unique environment with wonderful flora and fauna of the Garraf region. The 18-hole course (par 72) also has 18 holes for pitch and putt, putting green, golf lessons with instructor, etc.
Fun for the whole family
The kids will have a lot fun at the Club Infantil (cit. kids club). If they are from 4 to 11 years old they can enjoy the activities proposed by the monitors, from bubble baths in summer to painting workshops year-round. Always under supervision and in safe surroundingds.
The touristic train is another option to enjoy Calafell in family. It’s an entertaining ride and you can see the most emblematic places. It’s really a good idea: The parents get to know the key locations of the town and the kids have a lot fun with the chugging train.
